We would be happy to compensate you for qualified (willing and able to rent out their home) home owner referrals when the following conditions are met:

  1. A verified home owner referral is passed to us by you.

  2. The home in question is rented out successfully for 30 days.

  3. We have signed W-9 (1099) from you on file.

We are currently offering 20% of our acquisition fee as a commission to you.

The commission is subject to the particular property. Not all properties allow for an acquisition fee.
